Copilot Prompt
Try:

Copilot should summarize portal readiness using project, account, contact, asset, invoice, and visibility context when available.
Troubleshooting
If a client cannot open the portal:
- Confirm the invite email is correct.
- Check whether the invite expired.
- Resend the invitation.
- Confirm the project is still accessible.
If a client cannot see expected content:
- Check section visibility.
- Confirm the record is marked client-visible.
- Review project portal settings.
If a client sees too much:
- Remove visibility from sensitive records.
- Review portal defaults.
- Audit recently shared files and updates.
