Assets
Assets is the workspace file library. Use it to organize documents, images, links, and project/customer files.
Navigation
Open Assets from the main sidebar, or go to /assets.

Asset Fields
| Field | Meaning |

| Name | File, folder, or link name. |
| Type | File, folder, or external link. |
| Folder | Parent folder where the asset lives. |
| Visibility | Whether the item is private, shared, or public. |
| Size | File storage size. |
| Owner | User who uploaded or created the item. |
| Status | Active, archived, or deleted. |
Common Workflows
Upload a File
- Open Assets.
- Choose the destination folder.
- Upload the file.
- Set visibility.
- Link it to the relevant customer, project, task, or portal area if needed.
Create a Folder
- Open Assets.
- Create a folder.
- Add a name and optional description.
- Choose visibility.
- Move files into the folder.
Archive or Restore
Archive hides files from the main library while keeping them recoverable for the configured retention period. Hard delete permanently removes the file and cannot be undone.
Visibility Rules
- Private assets are visible only to users with access.
- Public or shared assets may be visible through links or customer portal experiences.
- Making a file public may require its parent folder to be public as well.
