Time Entries
A time entry records work performed by a team member.
Common fields include:
- Date.
- Project.
- Task.
- Hours.
- Description.
- Billable or non-billable state.
- Status.
Time Entry Fields

Timesheets
A timesheet groups time entries for a period, usually weekly or monthly depending on workspace settings.
Timesheets may be submitted for approval before time is billed or reported.
Status and Approval Rules
- Draft entries can usually be edited by the owner.
- Submitted entries wait for review.
- Approved entries should not be changed without the proper adjustment workflow.
- Rejected or returned entries should be corrected and resubmitted.

Log Time
- Open Time Entries or a project/task.
- Add a new time entry.
- Select project and task.
- Enter hours and description.
- Mark billable if applicable.
- Save or submit based on your workflow.
Submit a Timesheet
- Open your timesheet.
