Integrations
Integrations connect the PSA with external systems for communication, calendar sync, CRM data, and operational events.
Navigation
Open Settings > Integrations, or go to /settings/integrations.
Available Integration Areas
| Integration | Use it for |

| Salesforce | Sync CRM records and customer context. |
| Slack | Send notifications, digests, routing, and interactive actions. |
| Google Calendar | Connect calendar events and scheduling context. |
| Outlook Calendar | Connect Microsoft calendar events and scheduling context. |
| Animated Funicular | Sync external operational events, apps, promotion rules, and dead-letter handling. |
Common Workflows
Connect an Integration
- Open Settings > Integrations.
- Choose the integration.
- Start the connect flow.
- Grant required permissions in the external system.
- Review sync status after connection.
Review Sync Health
Check connection status, sync settings, last sync, failed events, and mapping configuration.
Disconnect an Integration
Disconnect when access should be revoked, the wrong account was connected, or the integration is no longer needed.
Safety Notes
- Confirm the correct external workspace or tenant before connecting.
- Review field mappings before syncing production data.
- Reprocess failed events only after the underlying mapping or data issue is fixed.
