Billing shows your organization's subscription, usage, quotas, feature access, and billing actions.
Navigation
Open Billing from the app, or go to /billing.
What Billing Shows
| Area | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current plan | Active subscription plan. |
| Seats | Number of internal users allowed or purchased. |
| Feature access | Modules enabled by the current plan. |
| Quota usage | Limits such as projects, accounts, dashboards, forms, automations, storage, and AI tokens. |
| Billing interval | Monthly or yearly billing. |
| Plan actions | Upgrade, manage billing, update seats, or cancel when available. |
Quotas and Features
Plans can include both feature flags and quota keys. A feature controls whether a module is available. A quota controls how much of something can be used.
Examples:
- Projects.
- Team members.
- Accounts.
- Custom dashboards.
- Portal forms.
- Automations.
- Storage.
- AI tokens.
AI Tokens
AI token balances are provisioned through billing and plan quota configuration. If Copilot says a token limit is reached, confirm:
- The AI feature is enabled for the plan.
- The organization has an AI token balance.
- The plan has the intended AI token quota.
- The user has permission to use Copilot.
