Common Workflows
Invite a User
- Open Settings > Team Members.
- Invite a user.
- Assign role, job role, team, and skills.
- Confirm module access.
Manage Permissions
- Open Settings > Access Roles & Permissions.
- Create or edit a role.
- Select module permissions.
- Assign members to the role.
- Test access with a non-admin user when changing sensitive permissions.
Maintain Skills
Keep skills current so resource planning and Copilot can recommend the right person for work.
Safety Notes
- Avoid giving broad admin access by default.
- Use roles to separate finance, delivery, admin, and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Deactivate users who leave the organization instead of deleting historical ownership context.
