TDCFlow supports collaboration directly on important records so context stays attached to the work.
Comments
Comments can be used on records such as:
- Accounts.
- Projects.
- Phases.
- Milestones.
- Tasks.
Use comments for:
- Status notes.
- Questions.
- Decisions.
- Blockers.
- Follow-ups.
Comment Visibility
Comments may support different visibility levels depending on the record and module.

| Internal | Internal-only notes. |
Choose internal visibility for sensitive delivery, finance, or staffing context.
Replies and Editing
Comments can support replies and edits. Edited comments may show updated timing depending on the view.
Use replies when the discussion belongs under one decision or question. Add a new comment when starting a new topic.
Tags
Tags help classify records across modules.
Use tags for:
- Risk types.
- Customer segment.
- Billing status.
- Workstream.
- Priority theme.
- Internal categorization.
Tags can have names, colors, and descriptions.
Good Tagging Practices
- Keep tag names short.
- Use consistent colors.
- Avoid duplicate tags with similar names.

Collaboration With Copilot
AI Copilot can use visible record context when answering questions. Clear comments, tags, and status notes make summaries and recommendations more useful.
